Action Now Institute is seeking a full time Field Director that will serve under the Organizing Director and assist in overseeing all full and part time field organizers, ambassador groups, issue campaigns, and educational forums. The field director will be a part of senior staff and help guide our presence on the South and West Sides of Chicago and will also help us create survey methods of target audience. 

Field Organizers will be main person's of contact in our designated South and West Side turfs and will primarily canvass, help recruit and create ambassador teams, assist in organizing micro fundraisers, help promote fellowship program at high schools and colleges and with existing members.
